Consultation and Detailed Staging Report

In this intensive and fun two-hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible!

• We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
• Using a detailed staging checklist we walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers
• The detailed report also includes my essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist"

(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to an hourly rate)

Picture-Perfect Power Staging with Consultation and Staging Report

This 2-part service includes a Consultation and Staging Report as described above, PLUS a Picture-Perfect Power Staging appointment when your professional photographer is scheduled.

• At the end of your Consultation, you will have a prioritized checklist to prepare for picture day.
• I will bring in beautiful staging accessories for the photos and make all necessary finishing touches throughout the home to ensure that your online photos are PERFECT!
• Plan for me to arrive at least 30 minutes before your photographer.
• Accessories are available for rental, otherwise,I will send you photos to use as your visual shopping list to complete your staging

(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to an hourly rate)

1/2 Day of Home Staging or Redesign

This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

• We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
• I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list for higher impact photos
• We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go for your visual shopping list

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager/designer arriving.

(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to an hourly rate)

Full Day of Staging or Redesign

Do you have a larger home (over 2000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work?  No problem!

• We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
• I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list for higher impact photos
• We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go for your visual shopping list

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager/designer arriving.

(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to an hourly rate)
